The Dairyman's Bible. Everything you ever wanted to know about feeding cows and other farm animals. This is really a great book.
Bought this looking for some hard to find livestock feeding info involving crop screenings. Has some tried and true advice for raising livestock, but much of it is dated and in some cased it is good that agriculture moved on from the recommendations.
Written before reliance on petrochemicals, this book is full of information that will teach us sustainable livestock production AGAIN! Packed with information.
